Quite frankly...the whole experience was amazing. From the historical information on the baguette and croissant to the actual learning of the preparation and baking of the bread shared by Master Baker Didier, there was no low point. I'll take it back...the
one low point was that the class passed by so fast, we felt like we should have booked a second class. If you are considering this activity, don't hesitate, book it. The baking class has been a highlight of our nearly 10-days in France.
