Your workshop begins at the welcoming Le Petit Mitron Bakery, on the Rue Oberkampf in the heart of Paris. Here, meet Didier – a professional Parisian baker and expert in French bakery, who is committed to following traditional baking methods in pursuit of his craft. 
Prepare your own French baguettes and croissants 
During your 2.5-hour bakery workshop, step into the kitchen and learn how to create French baguettes and croissants yourself – all under the helpful guidance of your skilled master baker. See how the organic grain is milled the old-fashioned way on the stone grinder, and listen as Didier shares the tricks and techniques that traditional bakers use for perfect pastries every time 
Taste your delicious creations 
With your creations baked to perfection and fresh out of the hot oven, sample some of the tasty treats that you’ve prepared. You'll be able to take your new-found baking knowledge back home, as Didier shares his time-honored recipes with you after the class.
