Hands-on cooking class at home with a Chef
 
 

You learn and you feel like with a friend, in the welcoming atmosphere of a family apartment. Our 2 cooking chefs give hands-on cooking classes in their apartments located in central Paris, equipped with large kitchen and central table:
- class taught in English or French, it can be both according to the guests' request
- groups limited to 8 people
- all ingredients, utensils and apron provided
- cooking class lasts approximately 2h15 and tasting 45mn. Glass of wine offered, as well as coffee or tea.
- a copy of the recipe is remitted
- option with or without market visit
 
 
Chef Myriam, Opera neighbourhood


Come and spend the day at Myriam's, our cooking teacher for years, who will warmly welcome you in her nice 9th-district appartment with terrace.
Born in Provence in a family of Chefs, Myriam offers a wide range of classes and gives you smart tips and delicious traditional or creative recipes.

Cooking class:

Under Myriam's careful eye, all participants contribute to the preparation of a whole meal: entree, main dish and dessert.

Price per person: € 113
10:45 am - 1:45 pm, monday to saturday.
6:30 pm - 9:30 pm, monday to saturday.
8 people maximum (possibility for up to 16 people for pre-formed groups)

Market visit + cooking class:

The meeting is given at Myriam's home around a coffee or a tea, with a homemade pastry. Then we walk to the nearby market of Lévis street, a well-known place full of fresh products from Tuesday to Sunday. We learn how to choose the best products for today's recipes.

Meal and Wine pairing:
 
Learn a regional approach in French cuisine in this ciooking class where you will pair foods, wine and cheese from a specific region of France. Includes the cooking of a main dish, a wine tasting and a cheese tasting.
 
Menu examples:
- Côte de Beaune (Burgundy): Epoisse cheese - white wine: Chevalier-Montrachet - red wine: Pommard - dish: Boeuf bourguignon
- Alsace: Munster cheese - white wine: gewürtzraminer - red wine: Pinot noir - dish: Foie gras

Dessert or chocolate class:

In the afternoon takes place a class for those with a sweet tooth. You will then cook 3 different specialities, and enjoy the tasting with coffee, tea or hot chocolate.

Chef Véronique, St-Germain-des-près district


Chef Véronique teaches cooking classes in her intimate and elegant apartment near St Germain boulevard, giving onto a quiet garden. Learn light , savory and refined recipes and enjoy a visit at Boulevard Raspail market.



Cooking class:

Véronique comments today's recipes before sharing the work according to the participants' will and skills. A whole meal including entree, main course and dessert will be prepared and then tasted.
