Philippe, a painter, and lecturer in the Georges Pompidou museum, is the happy owner of a townhouse in the XXth arrondissement of Paris that he recently fully renovated. The area is a preserved part of Belleville that has kept stone-paved streets. On the ground floor, he put his studio where you can see a bunch of  finished paintings as well as his current works. From that room, through a spiral staircase, you access to a clear and bright loft that he has arranged on the 1st floor. The living-room and the kitchen are at the center of the house, and give onto a greeny terrace.
At the end of the living-room, after 4 steps, you reach the guest room. Another staircase leads you to the ensuite bathroom.
