Welcome to an elegant Parisian mansion! Marie and her family 
have just renovated two floors of their family home to set up 4 guest rooms in a very comfortable setting. The Bed and Breakfast faces a quiet square and is located at a few steps from a shopping street. From a former experience in a luxury hotel chain, Marie has kept an extreme care for details. She has created an ambiance of old and modern stylishly and carefully combined with subtle elegance and functionality.
She also offers the pleasure of a relaxed and warm contact.
The location
At 15mn by metro or bus from the main tourist attractions, Latin Quarter, Le Marais, Le Louvre, Notre-Dame, the bed and breakfast is located in a residential area of the 13th arrondissement.
The Villa is a peaceful and restful safe heaven ... " far from themadding crowd ". It is at a few minutes walk from the Parc Montsouris, one of the nicest in Paris. And you can discover the tastefully yet suprising architecture of the Cité Internationale Universitaire.
Strolling around, you will be charmed by the quaint houses in the Cité Florale and the unique ambiance of the cafés and restaurants of the Butte aux Cailles quarter.
The house
Solidly built in red brick, it was constructed at the beginning of the 20th Century. Still, one hundred years later, it continues to retain its magnificent parquet floors, elegant corniches and superb fretwork.
The living-room
When you seek company, we invite you to "take your places" in our reading room complete with cosy chairs, reading material, games, plus fireplace for those cooler evenings, and the walk through garden terrace for those warmer days. The ambiance in this salon and its adjacent garden terrace is warm, elegant and restful. The breakfast is prepared by your hostess in the adjacent kitchen and taken in the living-room.
