This nice shop with a listed decor from the 20's offers organic breads and pastries from Véronique Mauclerc. Here all is done with old methods - the cooking with a century old wood oven and the choice of organic flour with natural leaven without yeast. Véronique, one of the few women bakers, has just been rewarded with the prize of Best Baker of the Year in the 2007 Pudlo guide. The visit will let you discover the traditional methods of bread-making, and a bread tasting will be offered.
